Welcome to the new Windsor Higashi Karate Club website. Our club has been in existance since November 1991 when it was based originally in Maidenhead.

Our club now hold two classes each week in Windsor (Wednesday) and also in Burnham near Slough in Berkshire (Monday). The classes are mixed (Children Aged 8 and Upwards to Adult). We are a family friendly club, many of our members train with other family members.

Windsor Higashi Karate Club in a non-profit making club. We try to keep costs as low as possible. We also offer discounts to members of the same household who attend together.

Our club is a proud member of Higashi Karate Kai (HKK). HKK has clubs in an area stretching North from London to Middlesbrough, West to Somerset and South to Surrey, as well as affiliated clubs in Northern Ireland, Eire, Wales, and Australia. Our traditional style of karate is Wado-ryu.

HKK holds at least two National competitions a year of our own and participates in various National, International and Open events whenever possible. Higashi have a fine record of achievements at National and International level.

You can now order professionally prepared prints taken at our demonstration on the 4th November 2009. The photographs have stunning detail and have really captured the moment. Typically 50% of the value of your order will be added to our Cancer Research UK fund (up until 30th November).
